Three product divisions on one manufacturing base
Zibo Jucos Co., Ltd. operates in Zibo, Shandong. Its manufacturing base includes two tunnel kilns, a team of more than 120 specialists, and dedicated lines for shaped, monolithic, and insulation materials.
MANUFACTURING BASE
From raw material to packed batch
The site combines shaped-refractory production, monolithic processing, and warehouses for raw materials, moulds, and finished goods. Each order follows a full cycle from batch preparation to marking and final packing.
Composition, geometry, packing and batch volume are agreed against the technical requirement. Guaranteed values are fixed in the specification and quality certificate for each shipment.

Manufacturing capabilities
The plant manufactures lining solutions for kilns, thermal units, and high-temperature equipment, from the working layer to insulation and anchoring components.
Monolithic materials
Dense, high-strength, insulating and low-cement castables, plastic mixes and precast blocks.
Thermal insulation
Ceramic and bio-soluble fibre, boards, modules, rockwool, aerogel and insulating bricks.
Raw materials and hardware
Andalusite, chamotte, fused and tabular alumina, magnesia, bauxite and heat-resistant anchors.
03 / QUALITY CONTROL
Three quality-control and technology centres
Three laboratory and technology centres control raw materials, composition, and finished products. The order programme can include physical and chemical testing, dimensional inspection, marking, photo records, and a batch quality certificate.
Systems and verification
The plant operates under an ISO 9001 quality-management system. Applicable certificates and TUV, SGS, and Intertek inspection results are available for supply approval.
